Why are nano ring hair extensions the most discreet and long-lasting hair extension application method on the market?
In our opinion, nano ring hair extensions are the smartest and most effective way to get longer and thicker hair. They are tiny, comfortable, and almost impossible to detect – even when you’re wearing your hair up in a ponytail. If you love wearing your hair in different styles, this is a dream come true.
Best of all, with proper care, nano ring hair extensions cause zero damage to your bio hair, making this type of hair extension the safest way of getting gorgeous longΒ tresses without heat or chemicals.
Tymeless Necessity Hair answers all your questions about nano ring hair extensions!
How Do Nano Rings Work?
The nano ring can only be used to attach nano-tip extensions to your hair. The regular I-tip hair extensions are too big and will not thread through the nano ring. At the end of each hair extension is a tiny wire. This is different than the tip of an I-tip hair extension, which uses a keratin bonding agent to glue the hair together. Because of the wire, nano-tip extensions are lighter and allow your hair more freedom of movement.
A Tymeless Necessity Hair extension specialist will apply your extension by threading both the tiny wire and the hair it will be attached to through the nano ring, then clamped together using pliers to crimp the nano ring.
How Long Will My Extensions Last?
With the correct aftercare, as a general rule of thumb, nano tip hair extensions should last around six to nine months in your hair. Because of this, nano rings make for a very low-maintenance hair extension application method. It is also very easy to fix extensions that have slipped or grown out.
Do Nano Hair Extensions Ruin Your Hair?
Nano ring hair extensionsΒ are not damaging to your natural hairΒ when fitted by a trained professional. In actual fact, they are one of the hair extensions methods that are the least damaging. They do not require heat or glue to secure them, meaning they will be kinder and gentler on the hair.
What’s The Difference Between Micro Ring And Nano Ring Extensions?
The main difference between the two is the size. Nano rings areΒ around 90% smaller in size than micro rings and are about the same size as a ballpoint pen nib. These extensions should not be noticeable at all in your hair if installed correctly.
How Often Should I Wash Nano Ring Hair Extensions?
Your extensions hair should be washedΒ two to three times per week. Before washing, detangle the hair and separate the bonds. When the extensions start growing down, the bonds need to be separated on the regular basis to prevent matting from occurring at the roots.
Can I use Nano Rings If I Have Oily Hair?
Nano rings are so small that only a few hairs are caught in each one, which means there’s less natural hair to support the weight of the extensions than with micro rings. That means the natural shedding of hair can cause more loss or slipping, especially for clients who have very soft or oily hair.
Where Can I Get Nano Rings?
Nano tips and nano rings are available from Tymeless Necessity Hair and applied by one of our highly trained hair extension specialists to ensure correct application. At Tymeless, we only use 100%Β Remy human hair for our nano extension.
How Are Nano Extensions Applied?
- To install nano ring hair extensions, our hair extension specialist will work from the bottom layer of your hair (near the nape of the neck) to the top layer (the crown of your head). Your hair will be sectioned off the bottom layer with the stick end of a comb and the rest of your hair clipped up out of the way.
- Using a hook, the hair will be threaded through the bead over the hook so that the bead is resting on the stick.
- The specialist will then insert the wire into the bead, moving the bead and the extension as close to the root as possible without pulling the hair.
- Using pliers, the specialist will crimp the bead so that it holds the extension in place securely.
- This process will be repeated until you have reached your desired amount of coverage.
