We have elected the Courier Guy as our chosen method of delivery. You will be able to select a delivery method from their service offerings during checkout.
International shipping is available. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout using your chosen delivery address.
Delivery time will be dependent on your chosen product. Please do take note that an additional two to three-day processing time on your order may apply should the item be ordered in a specific colour or style. Our keratin tips are imported, so delays may occur when ordering this particular product.

We cannot add or subtract items once your order is paid. Our courier logging is automatic. Courier cancellation fee will apply immediately should you want to change your order, so please be sure before paying. In order to accurately create your custom colour, please come in and choose colour from the dye chart. Full payment is required and no return can be given on wigs and hairpieces. Please note that Tymeless Necessity Hair does not take any responsibility or dissatisfaction for late delivery or courier company related issues. Courier companies is just the 3rd party who deliver from A to B.
Due to hygiene issues, Tymeless Necessity Hair does not offer returns or exchanges. We urge you to rather book an appointment to view our wigs and hairpieces in-store to ensure the style, colour, and fit. Courier or postage fee cannot be refunded on a return due to wrong order placed, wrong address filled by customers or total loss by post office/postnet. Tymeless Necessity Hair take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save – in the case of any incorrect purchase price – to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns Policy.
